一 | (ECNS) -- China’s gold consumption edged up 1.23% year on year in the first half of 2026, as strong demand for investment products offset a sharp decline in jewelry purchases, according to the China Gold Association. Demand for gold bars and coins rose 28.42%, while gold jewelry consumption fell 33.88%. The association said high and volatile prices continued to reshape the market, boosting interest in physical gold investment while weighing on jewelry and industrial use. Gold produced from domestic raw materials fell 14.62% after some mines temporarily halted operations for safety inspections. Meanwhile, output from overseas mines operated by major Chinese gold groups rose 21.43%. China’s central bank boosted its gold reserves by 40.12 metric tons in the first half of 2026. 快科技8月24日消息，据阿里巴巴公众号消息，近期，阿里巴巴达摩院联合中国医科大学附属盛京医院等机构研发出肝癌诊断AI模型DAMO LiON，可通过CT影像识别微小的肝脏癌变病灶。在两个月的真实世界前瞻临床试验中，DAMO LiON发现了15例原本被遗漏的恶性肿瘤，绝大部分为1厘米左右的病灶，帮助患者得到及时的手术或药物治疗。相关论文登上国际顶级学术期刊《自然·医学》（Nature Medicine）。据介绍，DAMO LiON模型作为“AI安全员”协助医生阅片，既能精准识别原发性肝癌，更擅长揪出容易被忽视的肝转移。实验结果显示，AI模型识别出恶性肿瘤的准确率高于放射科医生。

阿里肝癌AI模型两个月发现15例漏诊恶性肿瘤登上国际顶刊当医生用AI模型协助阅片，用时减少了27%，而对恶性肿瘤的敏感性更提高了11.5%，有效减少漏诊；在AI协助下，初级医生能达到资深医生水平。研究团队随后将AI模型实际部署到医院，参与日常阅片，当AI与医生初诊结论不一致时，病例会交给资深放射科医生复核，必要时升级至多学科团队（MDT）讨论。两个月内，AI共阅读1万多名患者的增强CT影像，辅助医生抓出15例原本被忽略的肝转移，推动改变了这些患者的治疗方案。据官方介绍，早在2017年，达摩院在行业内率先提出用AI识别医学影像中人眼难以察觉的细微病灶。
